Director Doug Liman decided to make a film during the COVID lockdown in London this summer. Big mistake. Anne Hathaway and Chiwetel Ejiofor star as an insufferable couple forced to stay together during the lockdown and who decide the best way to pass the time is to steal a $3 million diamond. I could make all kinds of inappropriate puns playing off the coronavirus pandemic, but I’ll spare you. Just take my word and avoid this thing like the plague.
