It’s a year late, sure, but this Disney ride-based actioner is, for the most part, worth the wait. Emily Blunt and Dwayne Johnson lead the way in what winds up being an entertaining (though not entirely family-friendly) romp. It’s more violent than it needs to be, more convoluted than it needs to be, and longer than it needs to be, but the stars’ chemistry and talents, along with a generally light-hearted and fun script, elevate it to land among the more watch-worthy flicks of the summer.
