Playing a little like what you’d get if Quentin Tarantino directed a quirky, low-budget British Indie, this bloody tale of murder and mayhem in a tiny Welsh village has plenty of stuff going for it, but it can’t seem to get out of its own way when the poop really starts hitting the fan. With a little more finesse and less reliance on simple shock factor and body count, this could have been a true unsung hero, but, as is, it mostly just winds up bleeding out in a ditch.
