Highly stylized and very efficient, this Tarantino-lite tale of a forbidden romance between the 20s-ish children of two rival patriarchs isn’t exactly ground-breaking, but Diego Boneta and Alexandra Daddario light things up, and there’s enough going on in the cinematographic side of things to make it worth a watch. It’s quirky and interesting and, at less than 90 minutes long, won’t take up too much of your time.
