If I could just drop my head in my hands and walk away, I would. Even grading on the curve of this being a silly little Hallmark-y Netflix original, it’s easily among the most pointless and utterly vapid of its ilk in years. Brooke Shields and Benjamin Bratt star as long-ago college sweethearts who (will wonders never cease?) reunite at a destination wedding, as they discover their kids are the ones getting married. It’s as absolutely paint-by-numbers as they come, which is no surprise, but the absolute dearth of anything resembling characters, emotion, plot, or talent (aside from a decent turn from Miranda Cosgrove as the bride-to-be) makes this one dead on arrival. Toss the bouquet and run in the other direction.
